$25/hr base rate for the studio with $10/hr add-ons for pro audio gear and pro video gear.  For example: if you want just the studio for band practice, it's $25/hr.  If you want to add on pro audio OR pro video gear, it's $35/hr.  For BOTH pro audio AND pro video gear, it's $45/hr.  Feel free to reach out for any questions or clarification.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your time, the balance is due upon the start of your booking.

Cancellations require at least a 24 hour notice to receive a refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours of your booking time will forfeit a return of your deposit. Emergencies and sicknesses happen, just communicate with us if something is going on. No-shows or cancellations 10 min before the start of your booking will forfeit your deposit.
