1) A 50% deposit is required to reserve your time, the balance is due upon the start of your booking.

 

2) Cancellations require at least a 24 hour notice to receive a refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours of your booking time will forfeit a return of your deposit. Emergencies and sicknesses happen, just communicate with us if something is going on. No-shows or cancellations 10 min before the start of your booking will forfeit your deposit.

3) If being provided any pro audio/video gear, the gear will be "checked out" with staff at the beginning of your session and "checked in" at the end, this ensures no gear walks out of the studio by itself. Think of it like borrowing and returning a library book with a librarian. We will assist you with both checking gear out/in.

4) If using pro video gear/cameras, you are only allowed to film things acceptable to general audiences.  Keep it clean and respectful.

5) ​No smoking or alcohol in the studio, sorry no exceptions.

6) This is a shared space, please leave it the same way you found it.

​

7) All gear or instruments provided to you by the studio must stay inside the studio at all times.

​

8) This studio does not come with a recording engineer or assistant present for the duration of your session, therefore you are "serving yourself."  We can provide you with some help/guidance getting setup.

9) No more than 8 people are allowed in the studio at one time.​​
